AUCTION IS CLOSED!

The money raised through the sale of Roderick MacIver prints will directly fund CURE’s 2016 Events and Adventures. We connect people to Minnesota’s great outdoors through our educational events and experiential adventures. In 2015, we connected over 1,000 people to the Minnesota River Basin’s landscape and wildlife. Next year, we’d like to increase that number by hosting more events and adventures.

Current bid amounts are updated manually and periodically throughout the day. Each form submission is time stamped. The bid time and date along with the bidder’s initials will be listed under each print’s most current bid amount. It is your responsibility to check back to see if you have the current bid.

About the Artist

Roderick MacIver

Roderick MacIver, author and artist.

Roderick MacIver is an author and artist whose work explores the boundaries of the human enclosure, including self-imposed limitations and boundaries.

As an accomplished watercolor artist, MacIver is able to capture not only the image of what he is painting but the essence of the landscape and habitat. He creates an image that evokes the personal experience of what he saw for the first time in nature that inspired the work.

His work is internationally known and held in many prestigious public and private art collections. After making a connection with CURE this past summer, MacIver sent a selection of his gilcée prints for CURE to use at our discretion to benefit the organization. His work is fitting since much of his work is representative of what one might experience in the natural beauty of southwestern Minnesota.

CURE is excited to share with you MacIver’s work and is grateful for his gift.
