TRAINING: Minnesota Master Naturalist Prairies & Potholes Biome Training

While learning how to identify grasses and forbs, participants used the revolay survey method estimate the amount of a species in a geographical area.

CURE is very excited to partner with the Minnesota Master Naturalist Program and offer a Prairies and Potholes certification training. This course is being taught by longtime CURE members and Master Naturalists Kylene Olson, Joe Hauger, and Peg Furshong at the CURE Office. The sessions will begin on Tuesday, March 8th and run for 11 weeks until May 17th. They will start at 6 pm and end at 8:30 pm on Tuesdays with two all-day field days on Saturday, April…
