EVENT: Kids on the frontline: An evening with Emily Marquez

September 27, 2016 @ 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for an evening with Emily Marquez, Pesticide Action Network (PANNA) scientist, for a candid discussion regarding the “Kids on the Frontline” report. Rural children experience the same chemical exposures faced by children in communities across the country from pesticide residues on food and applications in schools, parks and home. They face additional exposures when agricultural chemicals contaminate water supplies or drift from nearby fields.

5:30 PM begin to gather
6:00 PM Potluck Supper
7:00 PM Kids on the Frontline in Minnesota Presentation

Bring a dish to pass and we will do the rest.

This event is co-sponsored by PANNA (Pesticide Action Network of North America), LSP (Land Stewardship Project) and CURE (Clean Up the River Environment).
